there are 3 blogs that andrea and i, together, follow religiously. the unfortunate thing is that we only actually know one of these people. for the other two, it would be generous to call them acquaintances.
nevertheless, every day we race to the computer looking for the latest update. oh yeah--we've been doing this for over a year now.
with a year's time, you can imagine the saga that has taken place. one guy got married. the other, oddly, never mentioned his fiance (in fact, we only gathered he got engaged via another blog). then, there was a several month period of silence and then a follow-up blog about depressing relationships from which we could only safely assume that he had broken up with his girl and called off the engagement.
fast forward to yesterday. he included the tradtional humorous updates on work and life and then, for the first time, included pictures.
WE'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE WRONG GUY!
i've been duped for a year. i feel betrayed.

Oh good grief.
karin... why am i not surprised?
Karin, I must say. Only You. I mean, really. Do you see what happens when your relationships are those that you have through e-mail and blogs? I mean, forget identity theft. You have had your innocence stolen. Poor, poor Karin. Just think, though. You have had a full years worth of saga!
As much as I hate to admit it. I concur. Perhaps you have too much time on your hands. People relationships are a worthy pasttime.
i laughed so hard i almost fell out of my chair. this is something that sounds like it would happen to you two.
