the long handle fell off our stove tonight. the front metal part fell off too. so did the sides. we still used the oven though. i figured it wouldn't matter if there was a fire since our smoke detector is still gone from the ceiling.
on the brighter side, our neighbor's yappy dog didn't bark today, so i think he's finally dead.

We just fixed the same problem with our stove handle as well. It broke off a long time ago, leaving just a little corner of it attached, which is what we grabbed to pull it open. We finally got around to installing a new one -- Matt and Justin had an extremely hard time with it though. If you weren't careful, the whole door separated. And the handle never seemed to stay firmly attached, but it's fine now. Fun stuff...
