apartment saga

As mentioned before, my apartment has been purchased by a man with the first name of Second. However, what has since transpired is that I arrived home today to find a yellow sticky note on my front door written by a girl suspiciously named Karina who claims to have been trying to reach me regarding the rent payment.

Only in Oviedo.....which, for you non-Floridians, is notable for its booming chicken population dating back to 1994.
