Well, I don't really think of e-mail as the internet. It is merely a form of communication like a phone call and someone might have sent you something very important! :-)
So...do you get headaches and cravings when you go off Facebook for several hours?
it's like when i fast from tv but tape all the shows i'm missing so i can watch them when i finish fasting...
