Voicemail from my sister:
"Don't take this the wrong way, but I really think you should do eHarmony. People get to know you through writing, which I think would work out better for you than face to face. I mean, I'd do it, but I don't think it would go over too well with the current relationship."
Love you too, sis.
p.s. In other things of note, a co-worker complimented me today on matching, only furthering my insecurities on how much of a rarity this actually is.

If someone made a 21st Century version of Fiddler on the Roof, do you think it would incorporate an eMatchmaker?
You're hilarious, Karin, in writing AND in person! Thanks for making me laugh!
dudess, isn't that what facebook is for?
I totally disagree with your sister...you are great face to face!!! In fact, I am smiling just thinking about you!
who told you you didn't match? you always match! want me to beat them up? :)
I agree with Patricia and Jill. You always look great and you are awesome face to face in conversation. Silliness I tell you!!
P.S. We were at a staff lunch yesterday and Jonathan was telling me how much he likes your new haircut. He said he may have made you feel akward on Sunday because of the big deal he made. LOL!!
I seriously doubt that she meant it the way it seemed to come across when written. You are a delight and I am confident that the real man for you is currently working out whatever it is that is keeping him from being the great spiritual leader and mate that is worthy of you. I love that you bloom where you are planted and allow God to use you for His purposes. Don't change!
Wardrobe? Black or Black...what is not to match...you are classic! Audrey Hepburn! A classic beauty inside and out!
wow, and i thought i'd heard all the reasons to join an online dating service...
btw, have you noticed that the people who seem to recommend online dating the most are married couples who met their mates in college or right after? does that really qualify them to be giving advice on meeting people in your late 20's/early 30's? maybe that's just been my experience...
Roomie -- it is dumb and not worth it. Okay?
